4-204.112 (A): (A) In a mechanically refrigerated or hot FOOD storage unit, the sensor of a TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE shall be located to measure the air temperature or a simulated product temperature in the warmest part of a mechanically refrigerated unit and in the coolest part of a hot FOOD storage unit. There was no thermometer in the mini cooler that stores the extra hot dogs during golf season. Provide and maintain by next routine inspection. |

(A) Except as specified under (B) of this section, in the FOOD with their handles above the top of the FOOD and the container. Observed the scoop for the ice machine to have been mostly buried in the ice. Provide for the scoop to be stored with the handle up and out of the ice and maintain by next routine inspection. |
